Finished its cycle but won't drain? It is one of the most common washing machine problems and usually a quick repair.
Blocked drain pump
Coins, hair grips, lint and the occasional sock end up in the pump filter. Cleared and tested on the day.
Clogged or kinked drain hose
If the hose is kinked or blocked behind the machine, water cannot get out.
Failed drain pump
If the pump makes no noise at all at the end of the cycle, it has usually failed and needs replacing. A common part we carry on the van.
